They’ve also one of the key bands associated with the New York indie scene, and were one of the key bands that emerged from the Post Punk Revival of the early 2000’s.

The band’s heavy bass and upfront drums have had many critics liken them to Manchester’s Joy Division which can be a bad comparison !
