Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken. My Vinyl Revolution Online Store & Marketplace accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, EWAY and PayPal. You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers. Most orders will ship out within three business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Registered Post Standard service unless otherwise indicated. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7-10 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, My Vinyl Revolution Online Store & Marketplace cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by users of the site, third party postage or freight providers.
At My Vinyl Revolution Online Store & Marketplace, we strive to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Orders are generally shipped within one to three (1-3) business days of the time they are placed. Custom orders have custom timeframes. Delays may occur if we have problems filling your order completely, in which case we will contact you by email (Australian and International orders).
All returns must be sent back to My Vinyl Revolution, or the registered seller on our site, within 7 business days of the arrival of your package.

If you have purchased an item from a user of our website, the package must be returned to the address they gave you on your purchase of the item. We do not take responsibility for the condition, appearance, sale, purchase or postage of registered users who are buying or selling their own vinyl or related items via the My Vinyl Revolution Online Store & Marketplace.
4. Return conditions
We will happily exchange or refund your item, provided the item and it’s packaging are returned to My Vinyl Revolution, within 21 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all elements attached/included. Items must be sent back to the return shipping address on the package label. All returns must include a note that states clearly the order number (found on the invoice that was emailed to you / the customer when the order was placed) and the requested action, refund or exchange. Be pleasant and we will always want to help you faster!
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. Returned products will NOT be accepted if the original item or packaging is damaged in any way. With vinyl especially the condition affects the price so please be aware that postage can affect the product condition on returns as well as posting outs. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track or register the goods you are returning. If the return is due to a damaged item, or a packing error on our part, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you. These refunds will be for standard registered (air mail) shipping only and will be for no more than the total shipping amount charged to you / the customer when the order was placed. Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund. All returns must come with the original packaging and any extras, ie posters, pop-ups, gatefold inserts, stickers, download codes.
If you have would like to exchange for a different product, please email stating your order number and the exchange preference prior to returning the item.
If you would like a refund, please email stating your order number and brief explanation of refund required. A refund will be made when the goods are received by My Vinyl Revolution in the original condition.
If goods are faulty, please email email stating your order number and brief explanation as to the problem with the item. We will send you a Prepaid Postage bag to return the item in and once it has been received we will either refund the cost of the item paid at purchase including postage, or send you a replacement if the stock is available.
When sending an item back for a refund, we will provide the credit to your account in the method in which it was paid (Credit Card / Paypal). These refunds will appear on your account within one week of our processing of the returned package.
5. Pricing and Availability
Whilst My Vinyl Revolution try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the My Vinyl Revolution Online Store & Marketplace are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
7. Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.
